Tom S. Dalton is a native of Kansas City, Missouri and is a graduate of O’Hara High School. Tom graduated with honors from the University of Central Missouri with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice. At UCM, he was a member of the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society, winner of the Top 10 Award for Best Criminal Justice Student and a member of numerous intramural sports teams.
Tom received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law. While at UMKC, he was a member of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society and the Animal Law Society. After law school, Tom volunteered for the Midwest Innocence Project and held an internship for the Honorable Judge Schieber. Before joining Stacy Shaw & Associates, Tom was an associate at Gregory and Associates where he focused on employment discrimination and personal injury claims.
Tom is licensed in Missouri and focuses his practice in the areas of criminal defense, traffic defense, and personal injury law.
Attorney Sean LaJaunie was born and raised Lexington, Missouri. He graduated from the University of Missouri—Columbia with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Business Administration. He earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2013. Sean is an ambitious and hard worker.
He worked his way through college and law school as a Shift Manager at McDonald’s and is the first person in his family to graduate from college. He currently practices traffic and business law and coordinates the law firm’s small business outreach initiatives.
